
My service was suspended for an abuse report with no prior notice.
What I find unjust and unacceptable is that after responding to the ticket immediately and fully cooperating, I have now been over 48 hours without access to my server, with no response or update from the abuse team.
If CloudCone can suspend a service immediately, it should also review and respond to contestation tickets with urgency.
Keeping a customer completely offline for days without communication is unfair and unprofessional.
I am not refusing to cooperate. I am being blocked from resolving the issue due to the lack of response.
This situation needs immediate attention.
