
I purchased a VPS in December last year and only used it for two months before the IP became inaccessible. Even after purchasing a new IP, none of them worked. I tried replacing it multiple times but it still didn’t work. Now, I’m applying for a refund of $20 from my account to my Alipay. Thank you!

Please submit an official refund application by going to your account settings on app.cloudcone.com scroll down and click on the Billing drop down under “Other Settings”
There you will find a Request Refund button.
