Why do you guys make it super complicated to buy additional bandwidth?#395

First of all, it is RUDE to turn off access without notifying me about access to the box and its services being turned off because of exceeding bandwidth.

In my opinion you should warn the users when we reach 75% bandwidth or so we can take preventive action. Now you have suspended access to the servers which is pretty bad for users. Looks like you are not serious about user retention, coz you have taken a bad decision to suspend without notice.

Why can’t I buy additional bandwidth at the click of a button? or as a setting that I can enable to purchase automatically from my credits when the bandwidth is about to be over?
